Decisive Moments

 

It's a well-known phrase in photography, coined by Henri Cartier-Bresson, in which a photograph's full power - it's raison d'etre -  at the moment of capture would not exist on the scale of time if it were taken a fraction of a second before or a fraction of a second later.
