The Outer Bridge
Scott Brock

New York City
Before I moved to the East Coast from L.A., some friends there sternly warned me: "New York (City) is rude. They're really pushy." They're not rude, they just don't suffer foolishness gladly. They're not pushy, they just hate wasting time. They're eclectic, learned, daring, and cosmopolitan. They're neurotic, picky, and skeptical of any technology unless its value to people has demonstrated long-term benefit. Their speed of wit and thought is more fleet than Mercury's wings, and they are fiercely tolerant. No wonder everyone wants to be here.
